I would like to start by saying this: To all pet owners, if you do go here, make sure to double check whenever you get prescriptions or literally anything. Double check everything they tell you. So, this clinic has some really polite staff and i used to love it! Unfortunately since i got second opinions i have found out that they cannot be trusted. My cat has stage 2kidney disease and got prescribed a pain relief that is dangerous for the kidney. Not only did they advise me to give a high dose for two weeks instead of the normal one, but they also put the blame on me and their colleagues, claiming that the file they had scanned to their system wasnt readable and therefore it was hard for them to see that she had kidney disease. Please note that the second opinion I got is from a well respected vet that has their own clinic and they said that if this happened there it would have serious consequenses. 2. when i asked goddard about it they first blamed everyone else and then sent me a study on this med where they used less than a third of the dose i gave AND to stage 1 kidney disease, not stage 2. They also said we should now check my cats numbers to see if it had an impact and expects me to pay for it. LMAO. im a nice person i understand people make mistakes but for gods sake own up to it and make it better???? 2nd. I got my cat a passport, they knew she was flying from here to another european country in december and issued the passport okay cool except there is NO WAY they didnt know about the travel ban!? no animals in or out of the UK. and if they dont know then thats even worse! So i paid 200 pound for her passport just to be told later on that no animal can fly from the UK. I am VERY dissapointed with this clinic that i at first LOVED! even knew a bunch of first names and was so please. Unfortunately they have totally screwed me over and it saddens me to the core. So please if you do go here and your pet already has a disease, just double check that they have taken it into consideration even if it says clearly in their file that the clinic has. They also mispelled my name so many times i dont think they have any record of my actual name, even though ive spelled it to them multiple times. Also when i call a lot of the times the person answering is rude. These are things you can expect from any clinic but actually endagering my cats health? I would never recommend this clinic.
