If you have any doubts, Encore is the way to go. My experience was nothing less than wonderful. From start to finish, they were professional, completely on schedule and wonderful to work with. The daily crew that came out was outstanding!!! I am so happy with the outcome and certainly do recommend them. I had shopped around with other companies, and Encore was the best by far. Recently contacted encore for an estimate to fix our ugly garage floor that's beginning to breakdown. Dom came out to meet with us. He was prompt, professional and very personable. He worked with us to make sure we were informed on the process, our options and overall expenses involved. We were very impressed with the presentation and willingness to make sure we were happy from the first meeting. We have decided to work with encore and get on the schedule to get our floors looking wonderful. Very happy about the lifetime warranty, even though I'm confident we won't need to use it. I will try to remember to add photos once the work is complete.
