I had a very positive e experience with the sales person, Dominic Garza. He came to my condo on time and was very professional. He explained the process that I would go through to to coat my balcony with the concrete coating. We picked out a color from the samples he brought he was patient enough with me. He emailed my condo association regarding the proposal for this work. Unfortunately my condo did not approve the color that I picked out, I chose a color that would compliment the building and the wrought iron railing on the balcony, he went back-and-forth with the condo association to try and get this approved. He gave me a 21 day window that if the condo board did not approve my request that I would get my deposit refunded. he was very professional called me back instantly when I left him a message I couldn’t ask for a better salesman than Dominic Garza he’s very professional and knowledgeable very detailed in the process that would go on. He gave me a copy of the proposal at our first meeting and told me if I needed anything just to please contact him which I did and he responded immediately.

I scheduled an estimate last year but had to reschedule. We never had them come out and now like clock work, I’ve been bombarded with “review appeals” monthly. So here is my review. One star for not catching that we did not have an estimate or a service performed, due to not finding an appointment time that worked for both parties.
