I had an addition added to my existing garage and wanted to get the floor coated. The entire Team at Encore Concrete Coatings did an excellent job throughout the whole process and my garage floor looks great. Scheduling an appointment was easy and straightforward. My salesman, Homer, was on time and did a great job explaining the floor systems they offer, walking us through what to expect, etc. and answering any questions we had. Once we had signed a contract, the next step was scheduling the job. We had our date scheduled and, just as Homer told us, there may be a chance that an opening could occur that would give us the opportunity to move us up sooner. In the office, Arianna coordinated the scheduling and was able to move our date up earlier than originally planned. She was great to work with, providing information before the installation and follow-up after completion. The 2-man crew who arrived to do the floor were Mike and Luke. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. Not only were they focused on doing the new garage floor, but they also took time to prepare and care for my driveway and existing garage. For example, they laid out a tarp to protect my driveway from possible damage from the equipment. They also sealed the door between my garages to reduce dust from spreading. Being a new garage with new concrete, they still took all the time needed to ensure the floor would turn out great. As the work, and day progressed, Mike kept me informed of what they were doing and let me know how long things would take. At the end of the day, they left everything cleaned up and the only evidence they were there was a beautiful new floor in my garage. The floor was completed a few days ago and I couldn’t be happier with the work and service from the entire Team at Encore Concrete Coatings.
