Encore personnel came on the scheduled date, explained the installation process in detail, told us how long the installation would take, and finished the work on time. I was very happy with the work that was done. During the installation, damage was done to my utility door. I contacted Encore Customer Service and I was reimbursed the full cost of repair.

The serviceman was on time. Completed the work in less than six hours. Cleaned up outside the garage. Did an excellent job with the stairs and garage floor. The product looks great! The smell from the floor is very strong and it takes many days to clear. I recommend not staying in the home for at least 48 hours if you are sensitive to strong odors and have any kind of breathing issues.

Encore did a great job in refinishing my garage floor. It has a show room like shine to it and is a better product than Epoxy because it’s a polyurethane three layer coating. I can’t be more happy now we are to paint the walls throughout the show room finish the floor. I would highly recommend our installation partner Phillip who is great.
