I have wanted this floor for years. After asking around and meeting with Jason a couple of times we decided on Encore. They give a warranty that lasts forever. My husband said after 30 yrs of salt and weather it was time. Something had to be done. Jason explained everything. Responded to emails in a timely manner even later after closing hours. They were here on time and I LOVE the floor. My husband is NACE certified which which he inspects paint for a living. So I put him to decide between this company and 1 other. They have also been in business thru the down time when alot of businesses did not make it.

The entire process from when I contacted Tony and Jason to the end of the project could not have gone better. We had some concerns about our budget before contacting Tony- but he worked hard, and did multiple designs to fit our budget, to make us feel comfortable and to ensure we would be happy with the end result!
In the end- the project which require a large demo, and need a lot of work on the garage floor was seemless for these guys. They were able to deliver on the timeframe they laid out and we could not be more pleased with the end result.
The floor is beautiful (we love the color Tony helped us pick) and we have plenty of storage. Post project Jason has been great helping us add additional product for our slatwall with zero hastle at all!

We just completed our project with EncoreGarage. We had the floors done, custom shelving put in and electronic hoists and bike rack installed. We love everything and our garage looks amazing. One of the hoists didn't work properly due to a manufacture issue and EncoreGarage took care of it within a week. Tony and Jason were extremely responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to organize their garage!

Tony came out, assessed our organizational needs, and drew up a design customized for our situation. Then my husband and I were able to choose colors, textures, and flooring to coordinate beautifully. There were so many choices—something for everyone. The best part were the technicians. I had Encore Garage install an epoxy floor and beautiful custom made cabinets in our 3 car garage. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I first spoke with their General Manager Jason who provided a quick over the phone estimate. the owner Tony came out a few days later to measure the floor so they could provide an exact price for it. He also created a computer design for custom cabinets that we were able to tweak to fit our exact needs.. Everything turned out perfect. One of the cabinets had a very small flaw. Because they manufacture the cabinets in house, they were able to replace that cabinet a day later. Their installers, Dave and Matt were very professional too. I now have the garage we've always wanted. It may just be the nicest room in our house!

EncoreGarage re-did our full garage including floor, cabinets, bike racks, painting the walls, and staircase to the attic. EVERYONE (from owner to on-site workers to administrators in the office) were very courteous, respectful and professional. Each person did their best to address our questions fully. On-site workers did an excellent job! Customer Satisfaction was very high on their list of priorities. I would highly recommend them!!

I had Encore out to do my mudroom and pantry and could not be more satisfied. The office staff was friendly and informative and scheduled my appointment fairly quickly. Tony, the owner, was fabulous! He really new a lot about design and clearly was designing for a "real" family and kept my budget in mind throughout the entire process. The crew was in and and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises and EVERYONE LOVES MY MUDROOM!!!

The crew showed up on time and promptly started to work. They explained what they were going to be doing, how long it would take and any actions needed to be taken on our part. The prep work, including repairing broken and cracked concrete was very comprehensive and well done. When the work was completed we had a final inspection and answers to any of our questions. The surrounding area was cleaned with no debris left laying about. The crew was polite, well mannered and very professional. The work they did on the floor was great. The communication from the front office was not. There was a two week delay. Had I known that in advance I wouldn’t of got the storage trailer put in my driveway then I had to have it painted made the whole operation a little stressful

The clean up process could of definitely been better. There were also a couple random spots of the top coat that weren’t spread very well leaving these certain areas noticeable. If this work was for patio or a basement I would expect the quality of work to be better but it’s a garage so not too concerned. Overall a decent job.
