Encore served me well. I am a very selective person and I like things done right. I did not want to speak to a sales rep who was going to try and sell me something I didn’t know about or want. I went straight to the owner bc of my trust issues with incompetent companies and I was served very well. Every single thing was explained to me with no hidden agendas. I needed to make sure they were going to do the job the way I had in my mind and that they were going to use the materials they advertised. Well let me tell you, from the phone call to the crew they sent out, to the customer service throughout, I was extremely happy and very grateful that I found a company that was not only honest and timely but they were clean clean clean. I overlooked the job as much as I could but honestly looking back these guys are trained and they know exactly what they are doing. I give this company a 10 star if I could and I have already referred them to my neighbors!

I have to say it’s rare to find a contractor that does everything right and with Encore I was able to do just that. From the very first phone call to set up the appointment, everyone was nice and professional. Homer, the sales rep showed up right on time was super knowledgeable but not pushy like some of the other quotes I received. He worked with me on price and got me a great deal. The office scheduled my floor shortly after and they communicated every step of the way even reminding me a few days before the job of the time they would be showing up and what to expect. The crew was on time, explained the process and went to work. About 8 hours later I had an amazing transformation of my garage. I could not be happier and would 1000% recommend Encore to anyone. Keep up the good work. I will post a picture of the completed work.
