Engaged the services of Matkowsky Immigration Law for my Super Visa. This is the 2nd time Matkosky helped for Visas in our family.
I had a Tourist Visa which was expiring shortly. Since my children have been in Canada, the thought was to apply for Super Visa. We approached Matkowsky Immigration Law. We had an initial Zoom Consultation post which we agreed to engage their services.
Our case was assigned to Yasmin who worked on my documentation very diligently and guided me through the entire process by email communication, since I was based in India. The documentation process included collation, uploading on Dropbox, also guidance on sourcing an Health Insurance Policy which is one of the requirements. Then Yasmin made an appropriate case by drafting the submission with facts and reference to case laws. This process took about two months.
After ensuring everything thing factual, documentation and submission draft was fine, the Super Visa application was uploaded. It took about 2-3 weeks for the same to be approved.

I previously hired an immigration consultant who did the worst in my first PR application. I had to widraw my application and pay for all the fees.
I found Matkowsly Law and read all the good reviews online. They even represented one of the Filipino who almost got deported. Their fees are quiet expensive but its all worth it.
They are very attentive and professional. They reviewed all my documents and present my PR application to the best of their ability.
After 6 months, I finally received the PR approval.
