I was denied twice for my study permit application and I lost all hope. Until I came across their firm. I was skeptical to use them because I felt that applying for the third time, there was no way I will get my my study permit because I gave it 100% when I applied on my own twice. However, I decided to use his firm because John was the only consultant that I contacted in Canada with RCIC that kept answering my questions without payment of consultation fee, he did it for FREE. He made me feel comfortable on trying again for the third time, and I am eternally grateful to Him, Zaid and his firm for their hard work and effort in my application. Definitely recommending my family and friends to his firm.

I had an amazing experience working with Matkowsky and Associates Lawyer Firm. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me renew my work permit when I thought that in my situation it was not possible to get an extension.
Even before hiring the firm, I called IRCC agent and he told me that I will not get the extension, but when I started working with Mattkowsky and Associates, they assured me that they will help and they kept to their word.
I worked with Jesse (most of the time), John and Sonia. I liked how they always answered all of my questions in a timely manner. They are very hardworking. They gave me the peace of mind in the most stressful times. Now, I’m working with them on getting my permanent residency.

Me and my Employer was so thankful because when I was denied for Permanent Residence as a caregiver, we found and seek help from Matkowsky Associates firm. After living in Canada for 6 years and having a couple of unsuccessful attempts to immigrate, I was losing my hope that there is anyone who could help me.
I decided to give it one last try and look for a professional who could help me with the process. I was very lucky to find Matkowsky and Associates. From the very beginning, they were very responsive and dedicated to what they do. They explained me in detail how the process works. Talking to many lawyers in the past, I never built trust with any firm.
However, this time was very different. I felt that Matkowsky and associates were very experienced and knowledgeable. I decided to go with them and never regretted for once about my choice.
I was under a lot of pressure from IRCC, because my legal status was expiring. In less than two weeks Jesse Root helped me to apply for WP extension and a month later he submitted my application for Permanent Residency.
I loved how Jesse was always very responsive and never left me with any question unanswered.
I am so thankful to Matkowsky and Associates for everything they do and I am more than happy to recommend them to anyone who needs help with immigration.

I called Matkowsky and Associates after my own attempts to file for permanent residency failed. I spent almost 2 years working on my application, first visiting the government websites, trying the application process myself, and then reaching out to other legal firms for help. I went through the lottery twice only to have my express entry application rejected for very preventable reasons. My Matkowsky case worker was excellent and far better than two other firms that I tried. He always responded quickly and knew the 'ins and outs' of the application process. He also provided clarifications and additional information to the Canadian Immigration Services on my behalf that I would not been able to do on my own. You may hear that it is not necessary to hire an immigration lawyer to get through this process; well I spent a huge amount of time and expense on my own-only to fail. Had I hired Matkowsky from the start I would have gotten my PR card about 2 years sooner, saved countless hours of personal time, and would have saved all of the money I spent on getting duplicate medical checks, police checks, etc. as they all expired while I fumbled around with the rest of the application. I give Matkowsky my highest recommendation for service and value for money spent, but most of all I thank them from helping me get my Permanent Residence, I could not have done it without them and was very close to giving up, Thanks again!

I cant say enough good things about this company. I stumbled upon them on Google and gave then a call and i was instantly impressed!
