Betr Health has been a game changer for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with my coach. She has given me a lot of pointers that have been influential during my weight loss journey. I have learned a lot from the Zoom meetings with Dr. Ferro and I can identify with many of the testimonies that I have heard during the Zoom meetings. I can see difference in my clothes and on the scale. The program is not overwhelming and the expectations are reasonable.
