My experience with the program has been amazing! I am seeing results and still on level 1 phase. I love the app/website and all the information it has. My coach has been amazing! I would definitely recommend the program.

I enjoy that the program is laid out clearly for you with several articles on how to manage holidays and events with your diet. I love that your coach works with you to strategize for life events too like birthday parties and celebrations. They don't make you feel guilty about it either and help get you back on track after with daily messages.

This is the first time in my life that I've made a conscious effort to eat and live healthy. I came into the program with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes. I am happy to say that all of these conditions have completely reversed themselves. I am so grateful to Dr. Ferro for providing this Betr Health Program to those of us who so desperately need help.
