I cannot say enough about this program, it has changed my life! I have been on Betr for 3 months now, I’ve lost 30 pounds, I don’t need to take cholesterol medicine anymore as my levels are in the normal range and I am also no longer pre-diabetic! The recipes are super easy to prepare AND they taste amazing! The coaching you receive is invaluable, love my coach Zoe!! Dr. Ferro is extremely motivating and knowledgeable! BUT, my favorite thing about the Betr Health program is how forgiving it is, life happens and to be able to “cheat” and get right back to it the next day and still see results... AWESOME!!! We do so much for everyone else, do this for YOU!! I promise you will not regret this decision!!

I have been on the program for 3 weeks and I am completely blown away! My energy levels are through the roof, my skin is glowing , and I have already lost 5% of my body weight. The support of my coach has been so helpful... I couldn't have done it without her and the team! I can't wait to see what unfolds in the weeks to come. Thank you Betr Health!
