I was skeptical at first. I was under the impression that all diets are not effective and weight loss is a different mystery for every body type. After 1 day with Betr and losing 2 pounds, I realized that this is a very different kind of program. After 6 weeks, and losing more than 10 pounds, I realized that Betr Health is really not about losing weight.. but about resetting the digestive system. I finally have the tools I need to understand how my body digests food and whether something I eat bothers me or not.
