I was referred to Pure Proactive by a friend. Her results are amazing and she has kept the weight off for 2 years. I have on phase 1. I am already down 15lbs. Of course that is great. What i really love about this program is my coach Valerie. I am vegetarian. Prior to the program my food was not good. Valerie has coached me in food choices, how I should prepare my meals. She has been available for me with all my questions. She constantly go above and beyond to ensure my success. I was at a stand still for a couple days. She worked with me every day to move forward. I am so encouraged by Valerie. She has motivated me when I wanted to give up. I know every day I have to be accountable to someone. She doesn't want until our weekly call to make sure I am successful. We talk several times a week and text daily. My weight lost success is due to her being passionate about her client. I feel like I have been knowing her for a long time. I have recommended this program to my friends. I am now a my sweet spot weight. I have not been at this weight for over 4 years. I have tried many things. Master cleanse you name it. And never the results I have right now. I love this program and looking forward to a long lasting relationship
