The Betr health program is amazing! It came recommended by my family physician and I was hesitant. I've tried lots of diets and exercise routines without much success. I quickly leaned that Betr is not about dieting, but living better amd healthier. I'm down 17 pounds, my skin and nails are looking better, and best of all - I physically feel better!!! Cant wait to start this again. I did it before and worked like a charm. Very easy to follow steps and all scheduled supplements are provided in an easy to follow guide. With the help of my wonderful wife I lost weight. Don't be skeptical and give it a try I recommend this program, you'll see!
