With the encouragement of my family members, I began working with Anita to improve my daily eating habits and to possibly increase my energy. Although I did not need to loose weight, the six pounds I did drop seems to be mostly excess belly fat, which was nice.
Anita did a great job coaching to adapt my food choices as to improve my digestion and energy while not letting the weight loss effect muscle tone. Now nine weeks from my start date and I'm using the skills she taught me to eat on a schedule with more natural foods that has improved my mental sharpness and reading food labels that help me make good choices before buying or consuming.
