While I did Pure Proactive a few years ago, the skills I learned in this program are definitely still with me today. I was thrilled to hit my goal weight within a few weeks and am more thrilled that I have been able to maintain it over the last few years. As the holidays approach, I feel my pants getting a little tighter! I'm grateful that I can quickly return to Level 1 eating whenever I need it. Attached is the vegetarian lunch I had today. Ingredients: sauteed onion and Anaheim chili pepper, egg whites, tomato and radish microgreens. Delish! Thanks for the fantastic toolkit Dr. Ferro!
