The order was received within the expected timeframe and all parts were present and in good condition. Assembly was a little complex but that’s what I would expect for a corner desk. Took around an 90 minutes with one or two mis-steps. Better handypersons would likely be faster. Levelling was straightforward even with 6 legs. The desk is solid and looks good.

Bought some ergonomic lab chairs for our Warehousing staff. Everybody loved the upgrade. So much so, that we went back to JasonL again to upgrade our chairs for other sections of the company.

Great, easy ordering. Fast Delivery. Delivery service were super nice, called me to confirm my address and time of delivery which was appreciated. Used for planning school studies. Wanted something big and really useable with a nice edging that worked in a bedroom. Exceeded expectations. Only wish was that there was a way to mount it that didn't involved drilling into wall. For now we figured out a command hook solution.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, delivery was prompt and assembly of the chair was very easy. The highlight for me though was the ability to customise the chair to include a drafting stool base so I can use it with my stand up workspace - I haven't seen another brand offer that option.

My son and I saw Julian in the South Melbourne Showroom. Julian was very friendly and helpful in assisting us in selecting a suitable ergonomic chair to meet our needs and budget. After my showroom visit I emailed Julian to ask for details about stock availability and options. He immediately sent through a quote where he price matched a slightly cheaper version of the same model chair as the cheaper version was out of stock. I bought an office desk and a student desk for my 6year old daughter. There was bit of wait due to the recent lockdown but they kept me informed. These guys are a great communicators! They let me know the delivery is coming my way. I was contacted by the delivery guys, delivery ninjas! They are super friendly, care about your product and your time keeping you informed until the product is delivered, very efficient!
My daughter's student desk took a little longer. It was delivered by those delivery Ninjas. When we tried to put the desk together, couple of parts didn't seem to fit. Contacted JasonL, they were fantastic in dealing with me, super efficient and replacement parts were arranged for delivery 2 days later. These parts were delivered by Jeremy and Carlos who not only delivered the item, but they put the whole student desk together(to ensure there is no more issue with it again) in 15 minutes! This made day! My 6 year old was so happy that this two nice men would put her desk together so quickly.
I cannot rave enough about these guys. They know what Customer Service is about and they go above and beyond. My 6 year old is one happy little human and mummy and daddy are very grateful to Nikki(office Ninja), Jeremy and Carlos (delivery Ninjas) and everyone at JasonL who helped me. Thank you!
