Meghan from JasonL was incredibly helpful & came in to the office to meet to see what we needed. We were able to get the stock and fit out organised within a few weeks, right before Christmas. Exceeded our expectations. All went super smoothly & there were no issues or delays! We are very happy with what we ordered - great quality! Will definitely buy from them again in the future when we need more furniture.

Picked up a great office chair at a reasonable price. Staff were helpful as well. Don't bother going to Officeworks, working from home for extended periods during covid has proven that those chairs do not last.
Note, they don't hold stock at their store, it is only a showroom. I was lucky months ago because they had a couple of chairs on hand.

Excellent customer service! Called their office and Catherine was really nice and helpful to locate and got my order ready, just in time for my shop's weekend crowd control. Three days after placing my order I reached out to the customer service team just inquiring when my order will be dispatched I received a response promptly and they even arranged for my order to dispatched that same day and order was delivered the next day, impressive as the standard lead time was 5-7 business days.The product suited my every need and exactly as described. I purchased a cable management tray but unfortunately it arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted Jason L customer service and they quickly and efficiently issued me with a replacement unit. I'm impressed with their friendly and polite conversation, and their focus on the customer. Needless to say they will be on the top of my list when I need more additions to my home office in future.

After ordering I had to contact them after a week looking for tracking information. I was informed that the desk I ordered was out of stock and was upgraded to the next version. Once confirmed the desk came quickly and was fairly easy to put together. The desk itself is great. When raising and lowering there's like a 'soft close' feature so it doesn't just halt to a stop, it slowly stops. No rattling tea cups or screens. And knowing that I can put a larger desktop on the same base is great.
Highly recommended.

Moreover, unlike IKEA and Amazon, JasonL offered an installation service.
It was so easy to communicate with JasonL about our order, and so easy to organize the installation. The guy who did the installing (many thanks, Danny) arrived exactly on time, and did a fabulous job. From beginning to end it was a totally stress-free, and we are so glad that we chose JasonL. A great experience, highly recommended!
