Received my order and u fortunately it was damaged and I didn’t receive any screws to assemble it. But once Jason.l customer service was informed they were very quick to rectify the issues. They sent out a replacement with the screws fast and I’m now loving my chair. Efficient service.

Probably not the best in terms of quality but for the price I paid for the chair, it's okay. They got me the chair in the 2 days they promised so customer service wise no issues.

Overall a decent experience with the company in terms of shipping speed and communication, and the product itself looks great and is clearly very high quality. On the other hand we found that the instructions were a little basic which meant putting together the product took some trial and error. The worst part was the delivery driver didn't take the wooden pallet that the product was delivered on, meaning we have been left with a large wooden pallet that the company informed us that they would not be able to remove. This means we will need to pay / go out of our way to deal with it.

Customer serice is excellent witgh a quick fix to an issue but their delivery peole dont advise when they are coming meaning goods get redirected.

We bought the Uplifting Tango Electric Sit Stand Desk and quality is great! The only downside was the delivery, it didn't give enough notice about arrival. I only received an email on the day and there was no estimate of delivery time. The guy called me 20min before arriving to our home and lucky we were home. Otherwise, I don't know how it would get delivered (it's a heavy item).
