Recently visited the Valley showroom to look over some possible office furniture. Was given assistance by Tarsh and boy did she know her stuff. She made the process of picking out the appropriate furniture a breeze.
Excellent service and would happily reccommend to anyone.

Went into the show room, looked lovely and neat. Was helped out by a lady named Tarsh, who knew absolutely everything I needed to know and how to make my new office fit out work and be the most functional. I had my entire order within 5 days and I couldn't recommend Tarsh or JasonL any higher. Keep up the great work team!

My experience with Jason.l furniture was very positive. The product they offered in their online catalogue had all the features I wanted; it was in stock, dispatched within a few hours of ordering, and delivered interstate within 24 hours. What I received was exactly as described online; yes, I had to engage a furniture assembler but that was for an electric complex product that came flat in a box. Fair enough. We should leave that to the experts.

Got one of their office chairs. Pretty inexpensive for the quality and comfort you get. Staff at the store is helpful and nice, call service is also very nice. Although my order was late by a week (someone at their warehouse in Sydney forgot to do some inspection) and it arrived with incorrect gas cylinder, all the issues were quickly resolved by their in-store staff. Now that the chair is assembled it certainly pays for the worries. And 5 year warranty is not too shabby!

Also failed to fulfil promises to call back with quotes, after I visited the showroom and made inquiries about custom cabinets. Online shopping experience for in-stock items was easy though.
