After ordering I had to contact them after a week looking for tracking information. I was informed that the desk I ordered was out of stock and was upgraded to the next version. Once confirmed the desk came quickly and was fairly easy to put together. The desk itself is great. When raising and lowering there's like a 'soft close' feature so it doesn't just halt to a stop, it slowly stops. No rattling tea cups or screens. And knowing that I can put a larger desktop on the same base is great.
Highly recommended.

Great desk and great installation service
I ordered a couple of electronic desks for my husband's music studio, and they were exactly what we wanted. Before ordering, I read a lot of reviews of desk products (including IKEA and Amazon), and decided that the JasonL website seemed to offer the best product at the right price. Moreover, unlike IKEA and Amazon, JasonL offered an installation service.
It was so easy to communicate with JasonL about our order, and so easy to organize the installation. The guy who did the installing (many thanks, Danny) arrived exactly on time, and did a fabulous job. From beginning to end it was a totally stress-free, and we are so glad that we chose JasonL. A great experience, highly recommended!

Very Impressed. I went into the Melbourne Showroom to view a desk and chair that I wanted to purchase for my home office. They were very knowledgeable and helpful, and provided frequent updates on my order and delivery. The desk and chair has arrived, and it is exactly what I was after. Great products and great service. Went into the show room, looked lovely and neat. Was helped out by a lady named Tarsh, who knew absolutely everything I needed to know and how to make my new office fit out work and be the most functional. I had my entire order within 5 days and I couldn't recommend Tarsh or JasonL any higher. Keep up the great work team!

What I received was exactly as described online; yes, I had to engage a furniture assembler but that was for an electric complex product that came flat in a box. Fair enough. We should leave that to the experts.

Got one of their office chairs. Pretty inexpensive for the quality and comfort you get. Staff at the store is helpful and nice, call service is also very nice. Although my order was late by a week (someone at their warehouse in Sydney forgot to do some inspection) and it arrived with incorrect gas cylinder, all the issues were quickly resolved by their in-store staff. Now that the chair is assembled it certainly pays for the worries. And 5 year warranty is not too shabby!
