Really excellent customer service - the height mechanism on a chair I bought from them five years ago started losing gas pressure. I wrote expecting to get a catalogue number to order and pay for a new part but instead their representative, Irish, sent me the replacement cylinder for free plus a link to a video on how to install it! Super-impressed.

Our team wanted to extend their gratitude to the team, who came to complete the setup. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of the workspace. There was only one brief instance of an electric drill being used, but fortunately, no one had client meetings at the time, so it didn’t cause any major disruption.They also made sure to clean up after the installation, which was much appreciated. What impressed me most was his genuine interest in how our space functions and his thoughtful recommendations to maximise both comfort and efficiency. He listened carefully to our initial ideas, asked insightful questions and never tried to push unnecessary products — just focused on finding the best solutions for us.
The entire process was smooth and professional. They worked perfectly within our timeframe, coordinating delivery and installation so that our office was ready exactly when we moved in. Even after the move, when we realised we needed a few more pieces, they responded promptly and installed everything without delay, maintaining excellent communication throughout.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the service from Jason L was simply fantastic. Their care for their clients and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful project incredibly easy and enjoyable. I also visited another store for a quote, but was disappointed by their impersonal approach — they simply wanted to take our order without any real consultation or suggestions. Jason L, on the other hand, truly cared about delivering the right solution, making a significant investment feel worthwhile.

Over the past 8 months, due to our business grow, we had to deal 3x times with the Jasonl team (especially Erick and Kates) to order more desks, chairs, boardroom tables and different accessories. We've been impressed by the reactivity and level of services we receive. They really took good care of us and made sure we had the desks on time for the new team members joining the team, even if it was only a couple of days turnaround. Very happy with the support and service from Marie from JasonL. The mesh seat in my chair started to split after about 3 years of use. After contacting JasonL I received a new seat within a few days - no hassle at all. When I discovered that the new seat wasn't compatible with my older base, Marie arranged to have a whole new chair sent which again arrived within a few days. Great service!
