Our team wanted to extend their gratitude to the team, who came to complete the setup. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of the workspace. There was only one brief instance of an electric drill being used, but fortunately, no one had client meetings at the time, so it didn’t cause any major disruption.They also made sure to clean up after the installation, which was much appreciated. Thanks to the JasonL team as well for making this an easy purchase.

From the moment I stepped into their Brisbane showroom, I knew I was in good hands. I had the pleasure of working with Robert, who went above and beyond to understand our office needs. What impressed me most was his genuine interest in how our space functions and his thoughtful recommendations to maximise both comfort and efficiency. He listened carefully to our initial ideas, asked insightful questions and never tried to push unnecessary products — just focused on finding the best solutions for us.
The entire process was smooth and professional. They worked perfectly within our timeframe, coordinating delivery and installation so that our office was ready exactly when we moved in. Even after the move, when we realised we needed a few more pieces, they responded promptly and installed everything without delay, maintaining excellent communication throughout.

The quality of the furniture is outstanding and the service from Jason L was simply fantastic. Their care for their clients and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful project incredibly easy and enjoyable. I also visited another store for a quote, but was disappointed by their impersonal approach — they simply wanted to take our order without any real consultation or suggestions. Jason L, on the other hand, truly cared about delivering the right solution, making a significant investment feel worthwhile.

Over the past 8 months, due to our business grow, we had to deal 3x times with the Jasonl team (especially Erick and Kates) to order more desks, chairs, boardroom tables and different accessories. We've been impressed by the reactivity and level of services we receive. They really took good care of us and made sure we had the desks on time for the new team members joining the team, even if it was only a couple of days turnaround. Very happy with the support and service from Marie from JasonL. The mesh seat in my chair started to split after about 3 years of use. After contacting JasonL I received a new seat within a few days - no hassle at all. When I discovered that the new seat wasn't compatible with my older base, Marie arranged to have a whole new chair sent which again arrived within a few days. Great service!

Location is huge and they have pick up area, can be tricky finding the entry though as the front door isn't open to the public and there is no entry from the warehouse side.
Go the the side facing bunnings and then find the Office 2A signage then walk right of sign until and follow the path until you see a door.

I bought the Finch Mesh chair with headrest and arms, plus 4 Pedigree Plastic Counter Stools.
Firstly, the Finch chair is fantastic. I bought it for my gaming pc (Flight Sim, Car Sim, FPS, RPG). I was surprised at how far back the seat back reclines - I like a straight back, but I know a lot of gamers like to game with their feet on the table. As someone who works in a hybrid office environment with high-quality chairs, the Finch is incredibly well made and super comfortable. The bolts and headrest locking mechanism are solid as a rock.
The Pedigree Counter Stools are a replacement for some worn bar stools, and they are an incredible upgrade at a great price. Very well made and strong. Very comfortable (I saw they are also designed for 8-hour office use on JasonL's website).
The order arrived at my home super-fast which was an awesome surprise at Christmas time.
One of the stools lost the little black plastic cup on the end of one leg. There was a tear in the bottom of the box where the legs are, so I guess the box was slid in transport and the cup came off. I rang JasonL and a very nice lady helped me out and even asked if I knew how it happened. She sent me two plastic cups free of charge, and they arrive very quickly via Express Post. Thanks!
