Useful app for syncing inventory and order information between Shopify and QuickBooks Desktop. Settings are straightforward and simple. I was particularly satisfied with the support I received when we ran into an inventory syncing issue. David, Peter, and the rest of the support team worked tirelessly, maintaining clear communication and demonstrating deep knowledge of the systems, until the issue was resolved. 10 out of 10, all the stars, would recommend.

I like that MyWorks Sync syncs Xero transactions securely and correctly. It's trusted and there's no scam like with other websites. I also appreciate that it saves money from hackers. The integration provides insights after entering details in Xero, and setting it up is straightforward, especially since there's no need for KYC when signing up with Gmail. So far, I have had experts from QuickBooks who could not make MyWorks connector to work. It used to work on our QB 2017 Desktop but does not on QB 2024. Once MyWorks tech jumped in, they got it fixed right away.

MyWorks integrates my Shopify orders into QuickBooks, and everything runs smoothly. If any issues do come up, their support team is responsive and works quickly to get them resolved. Highly recommend! I’m saving both time and money by no longer having to manually enter invoices into our accounting software, and by not having to manually adjust inventory levels between the two programs.

We use shopify as our main ERP and QBO as our accounting system. Since we implemented both platforms, we have been looking for a connector. After comparing different solutions, we went with myworks because they covered most of our requirements. We knew we would have gaps when going live but the team at myworks (especially Peter), took the time to listen to our requirements and was able to implement all of them. He was prompt in answering when we needed and we are now proud to say that the app does everything we need it to do. Honestly, solid product.

MyWorks has been extremely helpful for our business! We sell aviation equipment, where accuracy and timing are absolutely critical, and keeping our inventory levels up to date is non-negotiable. Before MyWorks, no other solution was able to keep up with our fast moving stock levels. We constantly ran into delays, mismatches, and oversold items. Since switching to MyWorks, our inventory now updates as fast as every 5 minutes, which is essential for us. I cant say enough about the MyWorks team and this sync – it’s been one of the few tools we use where we know we can count on both the actual software and that they’ll help us when we need it. We’ve been through countless tools where they don’t do what they promise or support is lacking – thats not the case here! A sync like this isn’t a simple thing to nail, but MyWorks has been so close to perfect, it fits even our edge case needs! And their support team has been so helpful whenever we have questions. 10 stars – we’re a customer for life!

We've tried several other integration tools with no luck. Many were limited, unreliable, or far too complicated. MyWorks is the first solution that truly delivered. The two way sync is fast and accurate, setup is simple, and the customization options are better than the alternatives we tested. Their support team was quick to add any features we requested as well, and were incredibly responsive and helpful. Easily the best choice we've found!!

This plugin has been somewhat easy to get going. We have been using it now for 3 years and it has made our life so much easier not to mention reduce time and money. Their support team is top notch. Don't believe the other reviews. Each time we reach out we get immediate service and resolution. High recommend!

Customer service is so nice and helped me understand how things work and I got everything setup. My orders flow over great with no issues. All the videos they offer help out alot and the customer service team is fast to respond when I had issues.

I would highly recommend this software for any online store. The integration was easy to set up and pretty intuitive. However, if you get stuck, their customer service team is very responsive and eaay to get in touch with. I appreciated that they got back to me quickly - generally within a couple hours of sending an email. I did the set up myself and then had an appointment to review my questions. The person I spoke with was patient and helpful. In the past, I've struggled with tech people having a heavy accent which can make communications very challenging. So I really appreciated a native English speaking person to talk to. (No shade to those that don't speak English as a first language, but it can make communication very tedious and frustrating!) We turned on all the automations that we wanted this week and it's working as expected. There's a learning curve if this is your first experience with an integration like this but the MyWorks team will definitely help you through it.

Definitely a 10 out of 10, anybody needs syncing software I think you're crazy to go anywhere else! Worth every penny. The customer service is outstanding! If an issue came up, it was resolved within hours. Everyone's so friendly and quick to help.
