What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? The customer service is top notch. There was an issue with migrating products over to Quickbooks that was unrelated to the Myworks app. The team has been very reponsive and helpful even when it was determined not to be an issue on their end. App is very user friendly and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? I have zero complaints about the app. Everything has worked as needed. I have switched away from using the Shopify app to connect with Quickbooks and will only be using Myworks going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you? I am using Myworks mostly to get inventrory into Quickbooks for more accurate P&L reports for my business partners. What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? MyWorks Sync automatically syncs my orders from my WooCommerce sites to my QuickBooks Desktop. This saves so much time re-entering orders and applying payment. It also syncs my inventory and customer accounts so I can have live inventory that updates as often as I'd like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? There are no issues at all with the software. The only downside is the yearly price but it is well worth every penny. What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? There are a ton of options to initially wade through, but that gives lots of flexibility. And once it is set up to your liking, it just works. When there have been occasional issues, tech support has been quick to respond. And usually it's just a setting that I couldn't find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? It's a little pricey, but it's also a complex bit of software that requires heavy ongoing maintenance. The options I'm looking for are not always easy to find, but so far I've eventually found them. Overall, MyWorks saves me a ton of time every month, so ultimately it's worth the cost, and I have the benefit every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves a TON of time each month over manually inputting our transactions into QBO. The process is still a little bit manual, but we're gradually working out how to streamline that more.

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Easy to install, setup and use (very plug and play). Great customization options and varied settings. Superb customer service. What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you? A seamless sync plugin for my WP/WC site and QBO account. Worked right and easy from first activation, and never any issues in functionality. Customization on options allow for syncing of orders and customers that makes the most sense for your needs and QuickBooks setup. Couldn't be happier I found this!

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? It saves us time to automatically have our woocommerce orders go into quickbooks. Customer support is spot on. The interface is not too difficult to manage. We use to have to manually enter and reconcille all online orders, now they are sent to quickbooks automatically, once they are 'shipped' from our shipstation integration. The systems work together.

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? No QB seat is required and the customer service is spectacular. It's hard to make QB simple, but they still do their best and solve problems fast! Overall: My experience with MyWorks has been extremely positive and their customer service is fantastic! Pros: I enjoy the time savings that MyWorks provides. Cons: Minor incompatibility with a third-party payment gateway. However, the support team fixed it very quickly.

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Incredible robust 2-way sync from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. I've referred / helped implement the software for 2 clients so far, and it's been a game changer for both of them. Effortless to use, easy to implement (with great customer service). I've helped implement MyWorks for clients using a WooCommerce-based web store for sales and QuickBooks Online for their bookkeeping. MyWorks means there's virtually zero manual entry, zero duplication, and maximum information flow between both platforms. E.g. there's even a single item list that is shared between the two, with no chance of mismatch. I've worked with other QBO integrations and have generally been disappointed with their syncs compared with MyWorks.

"Fantastic software with EVEN BETTER customer service and technical support!!!" Overall: One year since publicly launching out ecommerce store, and now our customers have been orders for some of the smaller items without tying up our sales teams on the phone for small orders of replacement parts! Pros: We truly appreciate the way in which technical support is able to thoroughly understand the issues that we bring up, and have always provided well-informed solutions with great results. Cons: There was definitely a bit of a learning curve to get everything up and running, but MyWorks has fantastic resources for learning about how things work. Whether that is youtube videos, correspondence with tech support, or even the information explanations when navigating the MyWorks tab of our WooCommerce store. At the end of the day, it was about as intuitive as a complicated thing such as this could possibly be!

"Software is one thing. Support is another." What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Since I do not come from or have experience as having anything to do with websites and softwares...the MOST helpful thing MyWorks offers are thorough documentation and videos that have answered 90% of our questions in total. In those few cases we still had questions or a specific request, MyWorks has come through strong with help via chat and email. Initial integration was fairly straightforward (thanks to video demo!). In specific areas were looking for or had issues with, they were extremely responsive and respectful and had a solution within hours of reaching out directly. And if neccessary, they asked we run a test order and make sure the solution was working. Call it old school, but I prefer communicating with a human to resolve an issue. We really like that they explain the issue and solution to help us understand how the software works and our team has always learned something more because of it. There are a lot of options to customize and adapt to what our business needed, which is comforting to know that we aren't stuck to a system. We use this everyday of the work week. All departments (especially accounting) are extremely happy and impressed with the integration of MyWorks to our process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Alternatives Considered: Synder Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: MyWorks has stories on their site about other companies having success using MyWorks. One of the companies was a gun shop in Canada. This meant a lot to us since we are manufacturer in the firearms industry.

Overall: MyWorks offers amazing and speedy customer support. No waiting around days for a reply. We have been working with MyWorks for a long time and couldn't be happier. 10 Stars! Pros: Easy syncing between our website and Accounting System. Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to find certain things in the backend as you there is a lot of information to go through.
