This is a great plugin that syncs Woocommerce to Quickbooks. Their service is great. They help install and setup the plugin which is just great as is. They are also very responsive if there is an issue or if you have any questions. There did seem to be a problem with Quickbooks assembly items but they fixed it pretty quickly and contacted me as soon as it was good to go. I appreciate that a lot! Thanks to David A. and the MyWorks team this plugin has helped and will continue to help our online store.

This plugin literally saved my life, my time, my sanity! As a small business owner responsible for doing everything this plugin was able to save me so much time by syncing my Woocommerce sales to Quickbooks, of which I had little experience with. This was a hail mary save as I was coming from Wave and needed all the sales data for 2 years moved into QB. Even though the price is a little steep for my business at this time, I wouldn't dream of not having this plugin. I had a few syncing issues when I was first set it up but they were quick to provide assistance. Also, a few days ago I needed help with billing and they were outstanding. Way to go to support small businesses!

The search is over! For many years, we have been searching for a reliable and cost effective app that would make our woocommerce sales seamlessly transfer data to our Quickbooks Desktop...AND WE HAVE FINALLY FOUND IT! We can not be happier. The customer service and the product are top notch. We will be using this MyWorks Software for years to come. This software makes our bookeeping a breeze. This product does one thing and one thing well. We've used this plugin for two years now, and it does a good job daily. Should you need support, they are always, (and I do mean always) there to help. Cristina and Dave make a great team solving any problem you may have. I highly recommend this plugin for stability, lower overall cost, and superior support.

MyWorks was great in responded to the issue I was having. They actually had to write an update to their software to match an update to another plugin. They did this without hesitation once they identified the issue.

Great Plug-In – Great Support! We researched many plug-ins to integrate our website with QBO and this plug-in did exactly what we needed. The initial setup was a bit overwhelming, but MyWorks Support was there to help us with any issue we encountered. Top notch product with a support staff to back it up. Couldn't be happier.

MyWorks Sync is user friendly and easy to use 95% of the time. The other 5% of the time when something unusual goes wrong, their customer support is absolutely amazing! I generally get a response from them within a few hours of submitting a ticket. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and they have helped me fix all the issues we've had. It is much appreciated!

We highly recommend looking into getting this if you are spending more than an hour a day entering orders. Automates order entry with high degree of accuracy and minimal effort. Had a few issues with the latest update that were handled by customer service promptly and efficiently. I think the only reason it didn't get handled any quicker was the time they were waiting for us to get back to them! Give it a try, I suspect you won't be looking back once you see how effortless this plugin makes order entry!

Love the MyWorks Sync app and ESPESCIALLY the team! Having this plugin for my Woocommerce store has saved me countless hours of manual inputing. Any time I have an issue the Support team is super quick to respond and help me suss out the issue and honestly, 100% of the time it has been user error. They are very friendly and patient in walking their customers through the solution.I can't even imagine having an online ecommerce business without this app.

Not only does the software work in a very intuitive way, taking extreme care to not sync anything without your express desire to do so (and creating a mess in your accounting software) - the customer service has absolutely exceeded my expectation. I knew going into it that my site was complex, with a large number of custom fields (many customer user roles, custom order statuses, many different product types, etc...). The MyWorks plugin recognized literally all custom fields besides ONE with zero need to reach out to customer support. It all came down to a custom shipping line item that we use for shipping insurance. There was no way this would ever sync perfectly right? Reached out to customer service, and they found the issue and resolved it in a few back and forth email correspondences! This never happens with WordPress plugins. MyWorks is class act. I have tested so many plugins trying to get QuickBooks successfully integrated with my Quickbooks online. All of the plugins I tried had huge shortcomings so I was skeptical about trying another. Before this, I was using Zapier with limited success at a high price. I'm so glad I switched! The sync is two-way and totally customizable. The remote installation ensured everything worked correctly on day one. I have had to contact support with some questions and need for customizations and they have been more responsive than I could expect. To my works team: Thank you, Super Job, great product, and awesome service!

We were using a more expensive integration and decided to try MyWorks. We were hesitant because it was less than half the cost and didn't think it could possibly work... but we were wrong. And when we change, and add plugins and new line items, if we don't know how to do something - the support team is much faster than expected. We will continue to use MyWorks as long as we use QuickBooks... yah... now QB is a different story, lol.

I am super pleased with how easy the process to set up MyWorks between QBO and WooCommerce. Everything was great from when I initially reached out to ask questions to see if this product would work for us, to how easy the setup was and how much I was able to figure out on my own, to the quick and responsive support I received when I hit a few hiccups. I was looking at all of the integration options between WC and QBO, and this is definitely the winner.
