"Works as intended" What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Easy to set up and integrate with WooCommerce on my Wordpress site. The subscription was not super expensive, good customer service and responsive replies via email! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? The formatting set up was clunky to start (how discounts/sales tax are reflected in QBO, etc) but has improved. Lots of testing and trial runs to get it right, but now is flowing easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation from WooCommerce to QBO saves our team a step in double data entry.

"Nice Tool for Syncg WooCommece and QBO" What do you like best? There are a ton of options to initially wade through, but that gives lots of flexibility. And once it is set up to your liking, it just works. When there have been occasional issues, tech support has been quick to respond. And usually it's just a setting that I couldn't find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? It's a little pricey, but it's also a complex bit of software that requires heavy ongoing maintenance. The options I'm looking for are not always easy to find, but so far I've eventually found them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves a TON of time each month over manually inputting our transactions into QBO. The process is still a little bit manual, but we're gradually working out how to streamline that more.

My works Software integration into QB This was one of the simplest integrations i have had to do into QB and on my ecommerce site. The support was really fantastic and kept following up until we were 100% comfortable with what we were doing. Quick and easy and to the point. I have worked with many plugins into my ecommerce store and support can be quite iffy....

"Good product but QuickBooks integration is a complicated problem" What do you like best? They ultimately worked with us quite a bit to get our integration working just the way we wanted in a pretty timely manner which reflects great on their support and they are good about updating the plugin. QuickBooks integration is a complicated problem, everyone sets up tax a certain way and the intuit API seems so complicated that it can be sort of a minefield. At the end of the day, this isn't a plug and play solution but after trying quite a few solutions I feel like there is no such thing and MyWorks were the only ones to get things actually working like we expected. We needed an efficient way to pass our transactions from WooCommerce to QuickBooks so we could have an efficient accounting pipeline, without a syncing solution there is no way we could have all our data on the QB side.

“Order entry timesaver”Overall: The benefit is in syncing orders. It doesn't come without work on the front end and continued tweaking. The price is double if you have QB desktop/or hosted by a cloud service vs QB on-line.Pros: We are saving time syncing orders placed on WooCommerce and synced to QB. We mapped each individual item and variation to accomplish this. Customer mapping is not a smooth process; we get duplicates frequently, which will require going back and mapping each individual customer with whom we already do business.Cons: Mapping has been time consuming as has the double checking of customer mapping. Customer service is limited to on line help. That is fine, as it is answered quickly, but for a business owner who wears many hats, I would much prefer the ability to speak to someone for 10 minutes to solve a problem, rather than having to go back and forth with very detailed emails that require extra time to compose and respond to.

“MyWorks Sync review”Pros: The variety of the products within the softwareCons: The fact that if an order is made on our website and the delivery date is different to the order date, the delivery date will not reflect in quickbooks, the date remains to the be order date.

“good product ”Overall: very good customer service and response to issues we encountered.Pros: The ease of use once set-up saved us loads of re-keying and errors in reporting.Cons: a bit of an issue to set-up especially as we use variations and it is constantly changing once organized it is working quite well. The postal code is still not coming in correctly by everything else is working well.Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: it had the best reviews

“My works”Overall: Good. Outside of the partial refund synching ... worked as expected. You guys did have to right custom code to recognize orders on when they are ordered not paid.Pros: Mapping is intuitive. Don't have to pull csv files anymore.Cons: -Partial Refunds doesnt work at this point. - Connectivity. Takes about a 3-5 to port over each order. So if there are 6k orders ... take the whole day. -Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: Only One cosidered.

“GREAT SOFTWARE, SAVES A LOT OF TIME! INVALUABLE FOR ECOMMERCE STORE”Overall: We want to auto-sync online store orders with offline phone and physical store orders. This product worked great for that.Pros: Smooth installation, product sync and clear to use log files and dataCons: Occasionally after an upgrade when integrating with other software, things stop working quite correctly. For example, we had a gap in our invoices as we deleted all entries from 10 years ago and the software started overwriting the old invoice numbers but broke when it hit duplicate numbers.Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: It was the best integration of linking an online store to Quickbooks.

“Excellent well priced sync for QBO-WooCommerce”Overall: We use MWS to synchronise products and orders between QuickBooks Online and WooCommerce, and it essential that we get new orders into QBO as quickly as possible. This plugin has done everything we have asked of it and more.Pros: I normally have an ideological aversion to order based pricing structures, but the pricing tiers are reasonable, and this plugin is so good and richly featured I think it is excellent value for money. The support team are great and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the MWS team are open to ideas to improve functionality, and come up with ideas for enhancements based on issues reported.Cons: Nothing really, but only intermittent issues. We have been having some issues get the inventory synchronisation working correctly in the past few months, but no issues before that, but to fair we have not yet identified whether these issues belong to us or MWS.Rea

“A bit costly, but better than other options”Overall: Generally we've been happy with the software. Like many software products, the help files are not particularly well written but at least they have them.Pros: The MyWorks team was helpful during the technical setup. The software has certainly sped up processing from our WooCommerce site and has been mostly reliable. They have been responsive to questions. Most of the time we get quick responses, though sometimes it has taken more than a day or to hear back which can be unsettling if we've run into issues.Cons: At least once every two weeks we have a sync issue involving a previous customer. We can work around the issue, but it's a pain. This relates to my least favorite part of the MyWorks platform - there is no phone support, just chat/support tickets which I find very indirect and slow. Occasionally there's an issue I'd like help with but don't bother to ask because I dislike the chat/ticket syst

Great so far!”Overall: So far it has been great and we really appreciate a lot of the changes for our specific retail/ e-commerce situation.Pros: I love the customer service. Anytime I have an issue I feel very comfortable reaching out and always am met with great answers. We were handling all stock manually previously so this helps much with keep inventories on.Cons: We have had a few glitches here and there. One includes a coding error within our QB that doesn't allow some inventories to be synced due to mapping error.

“Increased efficiency”Overall: Customer support has been great! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] understood our relatively complex issues quickly and handled them fast. We sync the back office of WooCommerce with QBO. It has taken a while to get accurate transfer from the credit card order into a Sales Receipt. We have inventory bundles and we have added features like autoship so getting QBO to report information accurately has been a challenge.Pros: MyWorks helps to streamline the process between website orders and QuickBooks Online.Cons: How to sync information between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online is not always intuitive.

“Great Product, Lots Of Unexpected Issues Due to Lack Of Knowledge”Overall: My customer is a wholesaler and needed a way to integrate their orders. It does this.Pros: What it does, it does well. We receive the invoices and thats the bottom line. Haven't found anything else quite as reliable or clean in terms of UI. But I think better support and breakdowns of functions would be huge, especially for the subcontractors like myself who recommend your product more than anyone else, but don't necessarily have an idea of how the quickbooks side functions or maybe even have access to it.Cons: We ran into a bunch of issues with the settings with mapping, and there wasn't anyone that I could easily speak to over the phone or instant chat that could help me clearly understand the settings. We kept having new users overwrite existing businesses in quickbooks with the user's name. As someone thats subcontracted, it makes me look very bad when I cant quickly make

“Perfect match with QBO”Overall: Fantastic. Great Value for the product!Pros: I really the way the product pushes over to QuickBooks Online. The process to sync the apps was easy and the customer service was terrific at helping me get set-up. It is also easy to navigate to in WordPress.Cons: Once in a while I have to manually push a few orders.Switched From: WebgilityReasons for Switching to MyWorks Sync: Did not need such a robust process. I like the simplicity of MyWorks Sync and the price!

“Quickbooks Enterprise Integration”Pros: I like that it frees up our time so we do not have to manually enter orders from the website into QB.Cons: There are some orders here and there that do not link in for whatever reason (small number), but still happens now and then and not sure why.
