Brahm Reifel was easy to work with. He got us in and out before I even had to pick my kids up from school.
Positives: they worked with the budget I set and found a vehicle that had low miles and good gas miles. They worked with banks and found one that worked with my budget. They even bought my previous owned car at a nice price.
Negatives: as a result of going through the process quickly I did get a bit of a shotty deal. The car has some dings and breaks I wasn't aware of do to lack of inspection time.
* Examples: two cracks on my windshield, bad wiper blades, one licence plate bulb out. A dent in the bumper, no horn, and the handle to the drivers door was broke but I e6000 that back on. Not to mention my key fab battery being dead.
Sadly when I informed them of the found issues less than a week later they informed me they couldn't help me, because it wasn't found day of purchase.
(My fault I should have lifted the visor and examined every inch.) Wouldn't have bothered me so much if it wasn't easily seen they were aware of the cracks in the windshield at least ... I mean they were marked!
So yes although they worked with me to get me into something, I was a bit played. After taxes and everything they got me for a 2020 for fusion With issues for about $20,000 end price. And after the pay they gave me for my car
Be aware and be very thorough if you go to them.
