They too us in when we needed urgent care. They were so lovely and took great care of my little boy. They made him feel at ease and undertook a care plan that has helped him. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to others. It’s clear they love animals and do their jobs with great pride and happiness. Would highly recommend.

Jess and Jasmine were very caring and supportive today with our 14 yo Cavalier, Mollie.
She is now nearing end of life and struggling with her health, but the pragmatism shown by Jess in how to treat Mollie is refreshing and quite heart warming; not the same experience we have had with one of the more usual conglomerate veterinary outfits.
Give Goddard a go, if you are experiencing similar with one of the big 6 outfits.

Fantastic surgery, was able to get last minute appointment. Sadly it was for the best that my cat had to be put to sleep, staff explained throughly all options and was caring and supportive during this awful time. I left the surgery knowing it was the right decision for my cat.

The vet told me that you need to go to hospital for simple procedure, but she knew from beginning that my pet will die, but she didn't tell me that because they all instructed by their director to lie to pets owners just to increase companys' revenue . this is the only thing they good at. they never know what is wrong with your pet, they just guessing for your own cost and make you pay for their guesses evry time you come and say that their guess didn't work. So she sent me to hospital knowing that I will be scammed over there and she will get bonus from scamming me. it's not vets working in this company, its con artists working there.
The only thing they care is about making millions of pounds on our beloved pets illnesses and death. They scammed me like no any other scammers will do. they said my cat will be absolutely fine after a simple procedure of unblocking his urinary, but they knew straight away, that he is going to die but they never told me this, they didn't give me any choice, they just said he will be treated and I have to pay for treatment, but they didn't ask me if I want to leave him for this procedure if there is no chance for him to survive and now they want me to pay them £3000, for his death, which they knew about before but never told me about. They do not record your conversation with vet on the admission, where you get scammed, so now they say I have no evidence of what she said. They obviously doing it on purpose to scam you. Please whoever going to their hospital, you must record secretly what they promise you, so you can have an evidence of their scam. But better don't go there, because they will never save your pet, they just will let pet die, because they know, that they can extract money from you one way or another, so why bother even try something. It's better to let your pet die for free at home, than pay to those scammers. Stay far away from this nasty scammers.
