Cannot rate this practice highly enough. Unlike their local competition they are caring, professional and really put both myself and my cat at ease during our visit.

Unfortunately we had our dog put to sleep here in July. The vet was extremely thorough in helping us and talking us through the procedure and the choices of after care. He was sympathetic and let myself and family enough time with her both before and after.

Generally a good service but I find it so hard getting through to the number sometimes. I've called 5 times this morning at different times and no answer. If I can't get a hold of someone todayI will have to find somewhere more reliable. I have edited this review and put you down to a 2 star purely for the reason that they never answer the phone. When I finally get a hold of someone and make an appointment, they tend to cancel those appointments either on the day or the day before.

Thank you for seeing my cat today, although animals cost alot when there not well or injured, I do think the follow up appointment just to see there doing ok should be in the price .

Thank you so much to the wonderful veterinary doctor Ben, who is a very attentive and professional person. He thoroughly examined my cat, gave him a shot in the sore spot, cleaned and even trimmed his nails. My cat remained calm in his gentle hands, which was truly remarkable. The nurse, Reanna, was also very kind; she assisted and even gave my cat a kiss. I am grateful to all the staff at the Goddard Veterinary Clinic for their exceptional care Larisa Crighin

Had an appointment, which they decided to cancel on the day. Assistent claimed she left a voice mail. I have received no communication, either on text, voice mail or even an email. This level of lack of communication is unacceptable and I don’t appreciate getting my time wasted. EDIT [based on Goddard response]: I got numerous emails and text messages for Goddard, even that day (!) to remind me of the appointment, so this was very much negligence of the clinic. And the fact that you don't know in advance that you won't have a vet in is just ridiculous....

Very expensive and never seem to see the same vet twice. Never answer the phone. However, reception staff are really nice and the care is generally fine.
