It suffers from a string of different vets, some are better than others. Also my nose was put a little out of joint when randomly, on the most recent visit only, they refused to let me in without a mask. Clearly they know more about animals than the latest science on Covid.

Excellent vet practice very friendly staff and clear explanation of treatment and medication. Only issue I had was not the veterinary practice it was the parking outside I couldn't pay on the app the code from the phone number didn't work I had to go to the co-op round the corner and get cash. Take £80p for half an hour or £1.50 for an hour if you need to park.

This clinic is very disappointing, my partner has contacted the clinic multiple times and it is impossible to reach them. They never answer the calls and are slow to respond to emails which is just a massive inconvenience when your pet is in desperate need of medical attention or is awaiting surgery. Our pet has been on the waiting list for over two months for a neutering procedure and she is suffering as a result. The clinic couldn’t care less, we can’t register our pet elsewhere due to their own waiting lists and huge registration fees, yet this clinic can’t even pick up their phone.

Everyone at the Enfield practice is soooo lovely. I am so glad I chose to bring my poorly cat to them, as they really do care – from the receptionist, who asks how she's doing when I call, to the fabulous vets who take the time to explain everything clearly about her treatment. I don't get the feeling that they're upselling in any way either, which is really important. The wellbeing of your pet really seems to be their priority. Don't be put off by having to leave a voicemail when you call the main number, as they call you right back as soon as they've finished dealing with another customer.
