I had to mail a bunch of gear for a rafting trip and coolparcel made funding the fastest and cheapest option. Website was simple and experience was efficient. I especially liked the “input dimensions and weight” and the website spit out the prices. No need to evaluate the DIM calculations that differ by vendor.

I was iffy on using Coolparcels at first because I had never heard on them but am so glad I found their site, my eldest son is in the army stationed across the country from us and was supposed to visit for christmas but couldn't make last minute so we had to quickly ship his gifts so he could at least have them on Christmas, using cool parcel it made shipping incredibly easy and he got his gifts just in time for Christmas! We will be using them regularly now!

I was looking for a relatively fast and reasonably priced way to ship a package to our daughter in Japan for Christmas.
Regular shipping options were 10 times the value of what we were sending so I found CoolParcel when looking for alternatives.
Not sure how they do it but I was able to send her package for 80% less, through FedEx and it only took about 7 days.
Fed Ex picked it up at my doorstep and all the necessary paperwork was on the coolParcel site to download and fill out.
I would not hesitate to use them again.
