If you can print a label, these guys are the way to go. Straight forward, no frills, shipping aggregator. If I had a complaint it would only be that the pickup times and requirements are a bit stiff. I just skip all that with a no fee drop off at CVS or Hy-Vee. Then I get my daily text updates on my package as it ships.

Very easy to use, instruction were easy. My only misgiving is the label is a pdf set up for a full sheet of paper. If the label was set up in a 4" x 6" format so it could be printed directly on a label saving time and a step but, I do recommend this service.

I love that I was able to find a company that saved me over $100 on two-way document shipment. Quick and efficient. I only gave 4 stars because CoolParcel had trouble recognizing the address they deliverd my package to whenit was time for it to come back to me. I will use them again.

Didn't see many reviews of this service on other sites so it was a bit of a shot in the dark, but it turned out well. I needed to ship a set of earphones to Hong Kong for repair but the official DHL express site quoted me way too high. With this site it was about half the cost; I paid a tiny bit extra for their tracking monitoring service in addition but didn't get any follow-up with that (but there were zero issues with the shipment or tracking so maybe that's why). Instructions for prepping my package for international shipping were good, albeit a little confusing with a few typos here and there. Website is decently set up for creating customs forms etc. I'd use this site if I needed to ship with DHL again in the future.

At first this LOOKED like a great way to get my luggage over to the UK quickly, The UPS man who picked up my bag assured me that it would be the VERY NEXT DAY that it would be delivered. Three weeks LATER I kept calling to figure out just where my luggage was and I finally learned that I had to pay $160.00 MORE (on top of the $300.00 I had ALREADY paid) to get my luggage out of a warehouse and onto the truck being delivered to the hotel where I will be staying. Luckily for me, my trip is delayed and the gracious hotel manager is willing to hold my bag there until I can get there. I'm not that impressed with the shipping but I WAS impressed with the COST of shipping over what UPS initially quoted me...sort of. I'm not impressed with UPS either who basically lied to me many times through the shipping process.

Used them because they were a few cents cheaper than going to FedEx and they offered free pick-up However, when FedEx driver showed up he took a look at shipping label and told me this was a FedEx Ground pkg and he wasn’t supposed to take it as he was FedEx Express. I told him I was only doing what website said. He said OK he’d take it anyway. This was a Christmas pkg and I was not pleased. It did arrive on time, but a reliable shipper would have scheduled the correct pick-up. Will not use them again

USPS has consistently beaten UPS for both speed and reliability. 50% of my deliveries from UPS are 1 to 5 days late while only 10% of the USPS deliveries are late.

PLEASE READ!! I am an American student who is getting my Master’s in the UK. After consistent research of how to ship my personal items to my new apartment I trusted this company. The company was able to pick up my package within 24 hours after I paid around $300 which was typical for the box weight and projected speed (4 business days). I paid for daily updates and even mentally prepared for the single box to be a little delayed. However, each day I got an email saying my box was in transit when it was not. UPS provided little to no update and using this company essentially causes more confusion. As UPS asked me to contact them and not the company, but this was hard as I needed a UK phone number to avoid crazy charges (because they had me on hold for 10-15 minutes). I have contacted customer service with no solution to accommodate my on going issues, because to date I still don’t have my personal items. I would like a partial refund but they claim the service was provided. Even though 3 weeks later I don’t have my items. I would suggest either: A. Shipping through your trusted shipping carrier directly and waiting the full projected time. B. Shipping through your airline C. Sacrificing those items to stay in your home country I would never use this company again and feel robbed of $300. I just hope that one day I will get my remaining items.

I found Coolparcel on the web while looking for mailing options. I filled out the data, weighed, measured, and wrapped my package. I also paid $7. extra for daily notifications. The package arrived at its destination in 2-3 days from pickup. However, I was sweating big bullets because there was no record of the package nor any daily notice. FEDEX was the carrier…a lady showed up and did not scan or say a word. She just grabbed it and left…I checked every other hours since pickup ..nothing…no record. I sent an email and no responses, until one day it just showed up…whew!

Looks like UPS don't check background before hiring. I shipped a nearly 3000 USD gold bracelet via UPS two years ago. The package lost tracking after arriving the UPS ware house, its obviously stole by a staff who works there. I filed a claim but no respond so far The second time was, my client sent me back a piece of jewelry for fixing. I received a notice on the door to tell me to go to nearby CVS to pick up. However, CVS told me my package wasn't sent to them. obviously the UPS carrier took it. Couple days ago, I purchase some snacks and medical supplement ( cost over 100 USD) from Japan, they shipped my package via UPS. And today I saw a notice on the door before it said that nobody was at home so that my package was sent to CVS again. I went there my package is not there, I don't think all this things happened is coincide. I've never lost package with other carriers. I will never ship with UPS and will tell all companies and people who going to send me stuffs don't ship with UPS.

0 stars .... was charged 45 dollars so they could return package. Extremely bad service. Please dont cheap out and just stay with ups, usps or fedex
