15 days of chasing Coolparcel so they deliver my shipment due on Nov 5....
I give them 1 star because there is no negative option. I have tried to ship 2 batches of 8 boxes avg from USA to EU. I paid for the golden package, which is a joke, to ensure that Coolparcel checks the custom form and they update me daily. The reality is that you get automatic notifications saying all is good when is not. Jakub Pudlo, the coolparcel agent assigned to me twice (!!), confirmed that the customs form was correct only to make an excuse, on how the golden package does not include any form review because he doesn't know about forms (??), right after i was forced to pay 500€ so they'd deliver my shipment that had been stuck on some contractor's truck for days (!!). Once I paid, i had tp hear jakub say that I could have waited a couple of months and the customs fee would have probably disappeared...talk about accountability LOL.
After this, the second shipment was picked up on Nov 1st with delivery date 4 business days later. It's Nov 15 and jakub is still MIA, coolparcel has stopped the notifications and no one knows where my shipment is. UPS keeps asking for a series of IDs that, of course coolparcel s agent, Jakub, forgot and is not facilitating, to be able to unblock the shipment which is now hanging in 2 different countries. Yes, we signed PoA to get UPS helps, etc. Coolparcel needs to do their job.
The cost in time, energy, and money these people have cost us is insane. Unfortunately, the only thing they admitted over the phone is that it's not the first time they make mistakes. apparently, that should, somehow, make me feel better about not receiving my shipment, being overcharged for the first one, and not having the Id they have to unblock my boxes.
Why do i write this in public? Because, yes you guess it correctly, there's no complaints team available.
I will update this review once they deliver my shipment and refund the costs of shipment, wrong customs forms, and 15days of chasing Jakub.
