15 days of chasing Coolparcel so they deliver my shipment due on Nov 5.... I give them 1 star because there is no negative option. I have tried to ship 2 batches of 8 boxes avg from USA to EU. I paid for the golden package, which is a joke, to ensure that Coolparcel checks the custom form and they update me daily. The reality is that you get automatic notifications saying all is good when is not. Jakub Pudlo, the coolparcel agent assigned to me twice (!!), confirmed that the customs form was correct only to make an excuse, on how the golden package does not include any form review because he doesn't know about forms (??), right after i was forced to pay 500€ so they'd deliver my shipment that had been stuck on some contractor's truck for days (!!). Once I paid, i had tp hear jakub say that I could have waited a couple of months and the customs fee would have probably disappeared...talk about accountability LOL. After this, the second shipment was picked up on Nov 1st with delivery date 4 business days later. It's Nov 15 and jakub is still MIA, coolparcel has stopped the notifications and no one knows where my shipment is. UPS keeps asking for a series of IDs that, of course coolparcel s agent, Jakub, forgot and is not facilitating, to be able to unblock the shipment which is now hanging in 2 different countries. Yes, we signed PoA to get UPS helps, etc. Coolparcel needs to do their job. The cost in time, energy, and money these people have cost us is insane. Unfortunately, the only thing they admitted over the phone is that it's not the first time they make mistakes. apparently, that should, somehow, make me feel better about not receiving my shipment, being overcharged for the first one, and not having the Id they have to unblock my boxes. Why do i write this in public? Because, yes you guess it correctly, there's no complaints team available. I will update this review once they deliver my shipment and refund the costs of shipment, wrong customs forms, and 15days of chasing Jakub.

Legend says the quote page is still loading.After growing a beautiful gray beard waiting for the page to finish loading, I realized that I would have better luck waiting till Monday and physically walking to a UPS store. I returned from the UPS store, now sporting futuristic garb and riding a hoverboard. (The year was 2957 at this point.) The page was still not done loading.

NONE of these prices are accurate. Be prepared for sticker shock when you choose a vendor from this list and then get the real price when you show up in person. Just a gimmick.

The package I shipped 3 weeks ago was returned to me a week after mailing. I'm still getting a daily email saying: "According to the latest tracking of your package, everything is going according to plan." I spent $184 to ship this package Internationally, and supposedly, "everything is going according to plan." They said I missed a box on the customs forms. Here's their reply: I apologize but the package was returned due to a misinformation between label and customs documents. On the customs you have provided the information about the value and the description .But when making an order you have skipped the value and and shipment description. We have since modified the system to not allow a customer to skip giving this information, but we cannot offer you a refund, as the transport has been attempted but it did not happen due to the error. Sigh. Not so great customer service IMO. USPS was 1/2 this cost in the end. And it got there.

There is nothing cool about this company!I shipped a package through them more than a month ago, and the package is still being held hostage.I am being asked to pay $700 on top of the shipping fees that I already paid so the package may be released.I called them and tried to resolve the issue,I have sent them several emails which they have continued to ignore.Never again will I ever ship through coolparcel!!!!!

Ordering went fine, but the courier (Fedex) didn't show up at the agreed times. I'm providing the one star because Coolparcel didn't follow up, no courtesey whatsoever, I had to fix the situation with Fedex myself, whereas Coolparcel sold me the service. The parcel left with 3 days delay. A situation like this isn't 2022 worthy, and didn't impress me at all.

Very poor experience. My package was rejected by US Customs because the program's default description "merchandise" was insufficient. As a consequence, I have had to re-ship and pay the postage a second time. Very frustrated and annoyed!

My humble request to everyone. Please do not use coolparcel website for any type of shipping. I shipped a product worth of $13000 and paid $412 just for shipping with default factory package (which they use to ship across the world) and on top it I have added additional cushion support packages but still shipping company handled all the packages very badly (negligence) and damaged 3 boxes out of 6. After one and half months of follow up now they are saying they can refund $100 for the damages. With tears I’m writing this review, I lost most of my savings on this purchase. Worst claim support and I’m still fighting for it. Hope someone hears me and do something on my request. I do agree I didn’t take insurance because those are same boxes which manufacturing company uses to send the product across the world. They handled the packages like envelopes, it’s really frustrating and disappointing situation.
