Julian and Khristian (in-person) and the Battaglias (via phone) have been nothing short of amazing. The COI was handled efficiently, the technicians arrived within the designated window, and they explained the situation with my freezer brilliantly. True professionals all around, and I’m looking forward to them coming back in a couple days to fix the unit. When’s the last time you were looking forward to people coming to your apartment to repair something? Certified Refrigeration has been (BY FAR!) the best repair experience I’ve had in 16 years of living in Manhattan!

This company is well-equipped for Sub-Zero repairs! They completed a fairly complex repair in one day! My technician Daniel was very knowledgeable about Sub-Zeros - we couldn’t be more pleased. (And learned a lot)
