I called Certified after doing a search because the ice maker in my Sub Zero was not working. John was able to assist over the phone and no need for a service call. I don't know of any service company that would do that since he made $0 on my call. Integrity like this is hard to come by. Thank you John B!!

Submitted an inquiry and received a call back early the next morning. Technician (Andreas) arrive before noon and was very knowledgable. Took the time to explain things to me and replaced the icemaker and serviced the unit. No mess. Very good experience.

My Sub-Zero 650 was running warm and after several attempts to clean the condenser and do a hard reset with only limited and temporary success, I called Certifed Refrigeration.
They were responsive and set up an appointment the next day within a two hour time window. The team showed up as promised and after a quick diagnosis, gave me quote and basically replaced all the interior workings of the refrigerator in approx two hours.
Problem solved! A two year warranty and while not cheap, I should be good to go for another ten years.
