Last night we noticed our refrigerator was no longer cooling. I looked up a sub zero service center and Certified Refrigeration was one of the top results. The reviews were good and their site said they often can provide same day service. This morning I called at 7am and left my information with an operator and received a call back within 5 minutes and scheduled service for later this morning. Andres arrived at around 930am and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was professional, explained the issues and quickly remedied the problem. Overall it was about 4.5 hours from the initial call to when the service was completed. Thank you!
