Our Sub-Zero refrigerator was not dispensing water properly so I called Certified Refrigeration LLC and the owner called me back right away and sent a technician out the same day. The technician Daniel immediately diagnosed the problem was a malfunctioning dispenser and had the parts in his truck. He replaced the part and now the dispenser is working like new. Would highly recommend to anyone needing Sub-Zero service. Thank you!
