We had John service our 22 year old sub zero. He is a 10” in our book. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable ( extremely so), and gave us options as to the route that we should take in repairing our old refrigerator. He fixed it. It runs like new. He is the best!! You will have complete confidence in him. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. How refreshing to have someone like him.

Amazing customer service and professionalism from start to finish! Joe, who took my initial call, was able to assess the status of our 24-year-old Sub-zero refrigerator over the phone and was in touch regarding the work and scheduling. Chris came out to work on the unit and was able to quickly diagnose and fix all issues. He was knowledgeable and clearly spelt out our repair options and costs involved. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Certified Refrigeration and Chris for any Sub-zero repair!
