John was amazing. Such a professional and a pleasure to speak to. His expert knowledge was a breath of fresh air. All he needed to know was the model number and he was able to trouble shoot my issue. Highly recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve never had such amazing service from a repair service! My freezer wasn’t working, due to negligence from 2 PSE&G technicians. John from Certified Ref came over and fixed the problem the day after I called them. He also gave me a “101” on my Sub Zero refrigerator which was very useful. I will only use them (and John) for future appliance needs!
