After four failed attempts to fix a leak on our subzero fridge with another company, they got the job done! I called this morning and by 3pm this afternoon, our fridge was fixed! The staff was kind, knowledgeable and clean. So thankful we found them!

Had an amazing experience with the team! Joe is the real deal. They had to come and fix our Sub-Zero freezer three times and they were incredibly responsive, respectful and explained everything in detail. We will only use Certified again if we need freezer/fridge repairs!

The technicians who repaired our icemaker were excellent. We needed a slight adjustment after they made the repair and they were back early the next morning to do it. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
