Joe and his technician John were promptly able to trouble shoot with me over the phone. I explained the problem and sent them a picture. They helped me in fixing my freezer on my sub zero over the phone. Highly recommend!

Yesterday at 1pm we realized that the only working part of our subzero was the lights - No water dispenser, no display, and most importantly no compressor. The fact that Chris was at my front door 4 hours later is impressive, but the fact that he diagnosed, estimated the job, and did the repair in less than an hour is almost unbelievable.
I am a home builder/developer, and all I can say is that if all of my service related contractors were this professional it would make my job much easier and I'd have many many less headaches to deal with!
