We had a subzero 511 on the fritz and John came in with a super quick and easy fix. He was extremely helpful, gave us great advice to help us save some money, and clearly had zero intention of screwing us with the bill. Will never call anywhere else!

After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to call Certified for my sub-zero. Our ice maker was not working. I also needed the air filter replaced on the fridge. They were prompt and responsive and got someone to my home that very afternoon. They quickly discovered that my water line to the ice maker had been turned off due to some other work going on in the house. They turned the water back on and changed out the air filter which was a simple plug in. The initial bill was more than I expected and they immediately addressed my concern in a very professional and courteous way. They also made me aware of a few issues that sub-zero has been addressing for my fridge model.
John and Paul were extremely knowledgeable, professional and quickly resolved all my issues. I will definitely be calling them to service my fridge in the future!
