Your tech was very professional very neat and clean. Didn’t even know he was here. Very polite he did his job and that was it but yes, he’s a very good employee and I’ve used you guys plenty of times so there’s a reason I keep calling you back you’re doing something right but thanks again Kim Catalfamo.

Selective fixes/repairs to a 30 year SubZero refrigerator. Initiated by freezer failing to stay cold enough to freeze. Replacement of a small component solved problem ($185 Approx). Opted to have a few additional wear-and-tear problems addressed. Worth it. Both my refrigerator and freezer continue to keep items respectively cold/frozen and with settings for both only at about half power. They built them well back then. Worth it for me to keep it going as long as I can. CertifiedRefrig owner worked very well with me. Grateful for that. Tech repairman did very good job.
