I live in upstate New York. I called on a random Saturday morning because my sub zero fridge broke on a Friday at 6 pm. The owner sat with me on the phone for an hour because he wasn’t able to make the drive to fix the problem himself and he personally fixed the problem with me. And if that isn’t service that says you matter the most to him. Then I don’t know what to tell you. He was sitting at his own kitchen table while I was in a panic at mine no one in newyork would help me. But he would and he did, all the way from New Jersey. Highly recommended appliance professional. He was able to diagnose my control board through his personal experience with the machines. I can’t say enough how amazing it was.
