Was able to get a same day appointment. The two guys (Julian and Christian) actually came earlier than the original estimate. So, they came within two hours of my original ca.. House call cost was reasonable and they took care of the Sub-Zero in no time. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Andreas was fantastic! From the very first call until the technician could arrive, everything went very smoothly. I was given an idea of how much it would cost upfront. And the best part is that the freezer was fixed.
