Showed up with my Mach E and the fit me in for the software update. I was on my way in less than an hour.

Matthew Stokke personnel responded to my inquiry on a Sunday afternoon and answered any questions that I had. I arrived on Monday and as promised he had the truck warmed up for me. That was really appreciated since it was -2 deg. We reached an agreement, completed the paperwork and he helped me woth the phone app. Lincoln assisted with finance and was fun to work with also. A very good experience and I have a really great truck.

Everyone we dealt with was extremely kind and caring and very professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. My normal dealership is Grindstone Ford but they did not have the vehicle that I was looking for. Midway Ford was just as small town and personable as Grindstone Ford which is located in Sandstone and has about half of the people working as Midway. This really speaks volumes to the training and the hiring process at Midway Ford utilizes.
