Each time I’ve been here I’ve had a good experience. The gentleman at the front register is super helpful and very kind. I appreciate it a lot. They sometimes have a wait on the oil changes but that just means they’re busy because of good business :)

Midway's team always takes great care of us at the parts counter! They are always clear and direct, prompt delivery, and a wide selection of parts that most dealerships do not have. Thank you for everything you do for us!

Great, honest service!

Had a great experience buying my new Ford Maverick LOBO from Esteban. Everything was so fast buying online. Arrived to find my truck in tip top shape and Esteban spent the time with me to walk me through all the featured technology.

Dan and Mark were both great to work with! My wife and I have never owned a Ford before, but we absolutely love our new Bronco. Both Dan and Mark were informative, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be recommending Midway to friends and family!

It was my first oil change with my new F150 using the Quick Lane service! They did great as communicated so I could plan my busy work day and meetings around and during my wait time. Great job!

Great customer service all around.

Had a great experience. last minute emergency to replace a 10 year old Transit with a brand new one. Turned everything around in less than 24 hours.

I went in for Door entry repairs. It was quick and easy The technicians got right to work. And it was fairly priced

Everything was great, very friendly staff and attentive. Work completed very fast and was called to let me know. Thanks Midway Ford.

Highly recommend! We had an excellent buying experience with Midway Ford! So many sales people are overly pushy … they weren’t here! They went at our pace, answered all our questions, and went out and found a vehicle with everything we were looking for!

Very good experience.

I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at the Quicklane late in the day. Drop off was easy and the staff are great to work with! I expected my vehicle to be ready the next morning, I was notified that it was done before they closed the same day!

I am very pleased with the quick turnaround with this difficult repair. It was also very reasonably priced.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable with any questions we had! I love my new car

Prompt, professional service.

Working with Esteban , who was my salesman at Midway Ford was a great experience. He worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, and the deal that was made ,was good for both parties. He also topped off the truck with gasoline and gave it a quick cleaning & Detailing . I appreciated the laid back low pressure environment .

Had a phenomenal purchasing experience with Midway. Overall just a seamless, quick, positive experience and the sales person was very knowledgeable !

Very friendly people. Great experience!!

Brought my vehicle to Quick Lane for an oil change and a new cabin filter. Even with customers ahead of me, I was in and out in about 90 minutes. It was my first visit to this location, and I’d gladly return.
