On Black Friday, I was having some trouble with my brakes and I was near Mid-Way Ford. Chris and his team in the Quick Lane were so great!! They got me in as soon as they were able to that day and were able to solve the problem! I was very thankful!

Took an Escape in for an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection for a hanging splash guard and some clicking/creaking. Chris was my advisor and he was great. Very communicative. The shop lead / foreman was working on my vehicle and I felt confident he paid attention to all the details. These guys are reputable. If they see something, they’ll say something. Sometimes that means they offer to service things you can do yourself or things that can wait. Shop costs are going up for non-routine work. Not just here, everywhere. It’s hard to justify $200/hr, so shop around and make sure you get quotes, which these folks are happy to do. You’d better know what you’re getting into before agreeing to anything.

I went in for a 150 point inspection and the service was spot on, quick, and affordable! Happy to work directly with the Midway Ford Dealership for all of my 2015 Ford Taurus needs!
