We have always had prompt and excellent service at Midway Ford. Information was given in a straightforward and understandable way. Routine service has taken as little as half an hour and as much as half a day. I was impressed that when a COVID outbreak happened within the staff, Midway acted to protect the public health of both customers and staff. In the most recent visit we were investigating warning lights that came on after some substantial bodywork. Several people with Ford diagnostic computers couldn’t come up with an answer. It turned out that the body shop had replaced the engine coolant pump but did not fill it with fluid. They replaced the burned out pump and left the old part with us so that the body shop could get it converted mixer our collision insurance. All completed in one 24 hour cycle.

Everyone was VERY professional and made the whole process of purchasing out of state very easy to do over phone calls and texts. It was the easiest deal I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle!

They fixed my seatbelts as per a Ford recall notice. Everyone was friendly and efficient and communicative. My only complaint is that the technician changed my radio station. Not cool. Don't mess with a man's radio. Period.
