One concern I have, and this has happened twice, is the adjustment of my headlight settings. I leave it on automatic and never touch it. But, after getting an oil service I’ve been caught off guard with no headlights until I realize it isn’t on automatic. I see this as a safety concern, and perhaps your procedure could include noting the setting when the car arrives and returning it to that setting when they end the service.

I continue to get my oil changes here because they do quality work, don’t over charge, are friendly, and are very accurate about estimating the wait time. Since they don’t take appointments, I call before and ask how long for an oil change.

Be sure to get there early to get a number for the Quick Lube. Friendly staff, the works coupon was a good price for oil change and tire rotation.

Always good service at the quick lane. They are good at setting time expectations and not doing anything without discussion with you.

Work is done correctly and as far as I know, their prices are among the lowest Ford dealer prices. During my last visit, their work was finished earlier than promised. I'm aware of another Ford dealer offering more customer services, such as loaner cars. They also do work correctly. But their prices are higher. There is another Ford dealer that's within a long walk from my home. But I wasn't pleased with either their prices or their service. I won't go to that one. All Ford dealers are not alike!

I have my Flex serviced regularly at the Quick Lane. I always receive prompt, professional service. They do a good job of explaining that repairs are needed and why they are needed. Also they don’t try to up-sell customers.

This is the best place to bring your vehicle for scheduled service. Always very friendly and helpful and never try to over sell you on things you don't need. Highly reccomend bringing you vehicle here. Been coming for years. Will be going here for many more.
