Had a CEL on my 2022 Ford F250 diesel. Was previously repaired at Cornerstone Ford in Elk River a year ago which cost me $600.00. Same issue happened 6 months later so I decided to give Midway Ford a shot. I was very impressed with their service and Jake was very responsive. Had my truck repaired the next day. Oh...and it was covered by the manufactures warranty, and it didn't cost me a dime. Just made Midway Ford my go to for Ford service.

Bob was our salesman… He was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle that we purchased needed an oil change. After the oil change, He went out of his way to drive it to our house to drop it off.

Excellent service. It starts with Jim Murphy, the Service Manager is professional, courageous and honest. The sunroof would not close and my rear window was leaking in our F150. Threat of rain was real. Mike called me the next day with repairs made. I was able to pick up my car before the Labor Day weekend. Happy that Midway made my day wonderful.
