They told me when they would call and they did. It was fixed when they said it would be. They are very friendly.

Love the Works option were they rotate tires, check fluids, parts wear, etc. Also had a check engine light which they quickly assessed and repaired. They were communicative, keeping me in the loop as to how repairs were progressing.

Took my Escape in for a recall issue. They told me maybe 2 hours. Went for a walk, 25 minutes later they called and were done!

On 11-29-22 I was driving my Ford Transit work van to work when it suddenly started running very rough and several warning lights came on the instrument panel. I called a couple dealers that all told me it would be 2 weeks to get an appointment for repair. When I talked to MIKE DOOREE at MIDWAY Ford. He told me that they were booked 2 weeks out, but if I dropped it off, he might be able squeeze it in within a few days. About 2-1/2 days later, Mike called to say it was fixed ready to be picked up. Midway Ford = professional, courteous with integrity! While “Quick Lane was servicing our vehicle a major safety problem was detected! The rear brakes were leaking with rotor and pad filing buildup! We were provided a ride home in the snow storm while repairs were done. We picked the car up same day before closing! We’re leaving on a road trip in a couple days! Wow! Thank you, Midway Ford!
